THE STORY OF INTAQO

24.5.2018

We have received 2 logo proposals for review. For me, I am not even able to choose which one is better. In the end, we choose the one on the left, as the other one might have a “childish” connotation.

The first testing devices of the latest revision arrived. They are a delight to look at J

We managed to overcome the drilling problem in the end.

Now we need to test them thoroughly and finalize the app. Then we can start to ship this to aquarists !

We have encountered an unexpected technical problem. The side panels of our aluminum enclosures are very though! We are not able to correctly drill the necessary holes. We will need to improve our drilling capabilities. This comes as a surprise, as aluminum should be easy to drill into, but it seems the panels are enforced somehow, so they are extremely hard.

28.4.2018

Our application already has the majority of features necessary for the usage of the device.

11.4.2018

Today we have received the prototype of the box in which our device shall be packaged. We try to incorporate in the box also the 240V power supply, which will be optional, and this leads to great problems with overall size of the packaging. We will need to think this over. It seems illogical, that the largest part (most making the box clumsy) will be an optional component, which is not necessary needed).

Setting of the lights schedule works now almost perfectly. Just some small touches on the X-axis description. The good part is, that the device’s firmware and hardware are now working without problems. So we really just need to make the app.

First glance at working dashboard screen with the LED lights control element.

22.3.2018

Today, I have initiated a discussion with a graphic design / packaging company. I have asked them to prepare a prototype of packaging for the project including the graphical design.

19.3.2018

Work on the application progresses slowly, but steady. We are seeing a lot of “red screens of death” but we also make significant progress.

17.3.2018

Testing the CO2 valves, they work flawlessly.
