The very basic requirements are clear. After thinking a bit about the connection possibilities, there seem to be 3 viable alternatives
Alternative 1 – Direct Wifi connection between mobile and the Dimmer.
Alternative 2 – Both devices are connected to a local wifi network.
Alternative 3 – LED dimmer connects to server, through which it is possible to configure and manage the dimmer.
